- Subscribe to our newsletter: email address.
We also collect limited technical data automatically:
- IP address (anonymised where possible)

- UTM parameters if you arrive via a marketing campaign

- Contact form submissions: 2 years, then deleted or anonymised
- Analytics data: governed by Google Analytics / Microsoft Clarity retention settings
- Server logs: 90 days

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data. To exercise any right, email us at support@hamouds.com. We will respond within 30 days.
9. IP Address Handling
We capture IP addresses on contact form submissions for spam prevention. IPs are not shared, not sold, and are anonymised after 90 days. We do not build profiles from IP data.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via the website. The effective date above will be updated.
